QCA's induction programme is designed to help new exams officers from their very first week in their new roles and includes guidance on major tasks to be completed during their first year.

New exams officers who sign up to the induction programme receive a free induction handbook, local access to a QCA centre support officer and online tools and resources, plus opportunities to attend free QCA Spring into summer training events. 

The induction handbook contains essential information to help exams officers get up to speed quickly and a monthly task manager that sets out the key tasks to be completed for each exams cycle.
