From 7 July 2009, key stage 2 national curriculum test results will be published on the 'Pupil results' section of the Test orders website.
The submission of teacher assessment, including P scale data, is a statutory requirement for key stage 2 and key stage 3 schools and must be submitted by the 10 July 2009 deadline. From 1 May 2009, LAs and schools can submit their teacher assessment data on the 'Teacher assessment' section of the Test orders website.

Key stage 2 level threshold tables available
The level threshold tables for this year's key stage 2 national curriculum tests have been published.
Information about the review services available for the key stage 2 national curriculum tests, and the application process including conditions for acceptance.
The key stage 3 national curriculum tests are no longer statutory. Schools can now choose to administer one or more of the English, mathematics and science tests. The DCSF wrote to all key stage 3 headteachers in January. This letter relates to the 2009 changes for key stage 3 non-statutory national curriculum tests and submitting teacher assessment.
