Exams administration
QCA provides a wide-ranging programme of support for exams centres. This section of the website contains information about exams administration.
- Search the case studies database to find examples of good practice from other exams officers, or submit your own to win M&S vouchers
- QCA's online tools can help to complete a range of tasks quickly and easily
- Download back issues of XO, the exams office newsletter, or read email newsletters from previous months.
Summer and autumn training events for exams officers
QCA is running 16 events in July and autumn 2009 for exams officers who will be delivering the Diploma from September 2009. The events introduce the administrative systems needed to acquire unique learner numbers and track learner progress though the qualification, right through to the Diploma award.
Induction training for new exams officers
QCA is running ten induction training events for new exams officers during autumn 2009. These events are for exams officers and assistants who have been in the role for less than a year. They take a month by month approach to getting to grips with the role and help prepare for the November and January series.
